Reviews & Testimonials
“Feel the Beat really met all of our students’ needs and adapted the dance moves to ensure everyone could participate. The vibrational dance floor was a hit - even with students who are not into dancing. It can sometimes be hard to have these opportunities for our students, so it was great to see how engaged everyone was from dancing and hanging out on the vibrational floor. One of our students' parents even reached out for further information to enroll their son in further classes as he came home talking about how fun it was!”

“The Feel the Beat dance studio is unique because their team provides dance instruction in my students’ preferred language, American Sign Language (ASL). Because of this, the instruction is accessible, and students can truly focus on moving their bodies rather than struggling to understand the directions. In addition, it was also uniquely designed to allow Deaf and Hard of Hearing students appreciate music by literally feeling the sounds through bone conduction speakers that are underneath the floor.”

“Feel the Beat has done wonders for our child. She loved the Ballet class, and we will be back! She is not Hard of Hearing but has disabilities that affect her motor skills and coordination, and we noticed a big difference after the classes were over. We recommend Feel the Beat to anyone who asks us!”

“We knew the moment that our daughter came into this world that she was meant to do amazing things. She was born with moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears, but every day we work to prove that her disability does not limit her ability to be great and do great things. I will forever remember the very first time my daughter stepped out onto the dance floor at Feel the Beat. I have never seen a more genuine smile on a child in my life. The technology in the studio allows her to experience the magic and emotion of music and the community and culture has given my daughter renewed confidence in her abilities.”

“Amazing opportunity for my kids to be able to enjoy music and have full ASL accessibility. This is a great tool to help teach the Deaf kids that they can enjoy music through feeling the beats. We've gone a long way teaching the community that Deaf people can enjoy music too!”
